Close Mouthed Barrels

Available in 22g, 20g and 18g thickness with double or triple spiral seams. Manufactured from CRCA D-grade sheets per BIS 1783 — sturdy and safe for exporting liquids. Optional interior epoxy coating.

Composite Barrels

These drums are manufactured in two different thickness like 20 g and 18 g. They are manufactured in triple spiral seam with plastic liner inside of different thickness as per parties requirement. These drums are generally used for packing of highly hazardous products like pesticides and acids and are leak proof as it is manufactured with double protection one is steel layer and another is plastic layer.

Open Mouthed Barrels

These drums are manufactured in different thickness as per requirement of customer like 22 g, 20 g and 18 g. They are manufactured only in triple spiral seam and are manufactured from crca sheets d grade. These drums are used for packing of any type liquid gels, powder and any solid products. They are provided with different type of locking rings and gaskets like lever type locking or nutbolt type locking to make it air tight to avoid any type of leakages. These drums are also available with inside epoxy coating.

All Joints Welded Barrels

These drums are manufactured in 18 g thickness only. They are manufactured in both double seam and triple spiral seam and then all joints in the barrels are mig welded to make it 100 % leak proof. These drums are very special and used in packing of very hazardous products and chemicals. They are available with inside epoxy coating also.

Gooseneck Barrels

These drums are manufactured in both 20 g and 18 g thickness. They are generally manufactured with full open top for a very special purpose and are manufactured from crca sheet d grade. The very special thing about this drums is the shape of drum itself which is very unique. The other salient features of this drums is that when it is exported in a container, a normal open mouth drum comes 72 nos in one 20 ft container but in case of goose neck drums it comes to 80 nos which saves the transportation cost and it also prevents from any damage in the drums during transportation because of its unique shape which fixes the drums one above the other in the container. These drums are also available with epoxy coating inside.
